Ladbrokes land and online casino company has announced two new ad campaigns to be rolled out in the next coming months, using television advertisements.
The two new campaigns come off the heels of a successful 2007 campaign and demonstrated the shift in online casinos using television more and more as their dominant medium for reaching its current audience and attracting new players.
TV ads were previously not being used by online casinos due to strict regulations for advertising in the U.K. However, more and more casinos are taking advantage of the loosening rules and utilizing the medium to reach their exponentially growing market.
CEO of Ladbrokes, Chris Bell said, “The removal of restrictions on TV advertising enables us to compete more effectively with other leisure industries and we were keen to be the first to take advantage of it. Tomorrow we run another campaign for Ladbrokesbingo.com and in April launch our first campaign for ladbrokescasino.com.”
Ladbrokes, one of the top names in land and online casinos, is planning to market its bingo and online casino campaigns using TV ads in an effort to affect the company’s sports betting, drive more betters to their sites and increase brand recognition and awareness.
